Project Description
For this project, I worked with a local photographer as well as the Director of Marketing at FEG to take photos of food items prepared by the Corporate Executive Chef. I color corrected all photos, isolated, and retouched them.
I worked across multiple departments as liaison and project manager during the design and build process. I managed all changes and final signoffs. I designed the entire menu and coordinated the final press files with the printer.
I had never created a menu before this project, and researched best practices, the psychology of placement and prices, as well as food photography.
